From 2 to 4 June 2025, we are going to be hosting Aviation Climate Week 2025 at our Headquarters in Montréal, Canada. It will be a hybrid event that is open to both in-person and virtual participants. Over the three days, we will provide a global platform for aviation stakeholders to exchange ideas, track progress, and explore new partnerships related to climate action and sustainability in the sector. We will focus on LTAG Stocktaking, in response to the request made during the 41st Session of the ICAO Assembly to monitor progress toward achieving the collective goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Additional topics will include:
-
A focus on the implementation of the ICAO Global Framework adopted by the Third Conference on Aviation and Alternative Fuels (CAAF/3);
-
Highlights from the 13th Meeting of ICAO’s Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection (CAEP/13);
-
Discussions on a wide range of topics, including CORSIA, non-CO₂ emissions, green airports, biodiversity, circular economy, climate adaptation, and infrastructure resilience.
