At this year’s event, we’ll be looking at how new ideas can help improve safety, sustainability, and accessibility in aviation while also strengthening collaboration across the globe. Our work is about working together to create a better, more inclusive future for aviation and the world.
Mark your calendars. This year’s Innovation Fair will take place from 21–22 September 2025 at our headquarters in Montréal. Held right before the 42nd Session of the ICAO Assembly, the two-day event will bring together global leaders, innovators, and visionaries to explore how aviation innovation is driving progress and creating a more inclusive, sustainable future.
With the theme “Global Horizons: Inclusive Innovations for Aviation”, the Fair is a space for collaboration, creativity, and action. We’ll be welcoming representatives from governments, international organizations, industry, academia, civil society, and the private sector to share ideas, spark conversations, and shape the future of aviation.
What to expect:
Over both days, we’ll dive into the big questions about aviation innovation and how it supports our shared goals, like the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ICAO’s No Country Left Behind initiative. These are some highlights of what is planned:
